So to quickly recap, this ab circuit consists of:
15 standard floor crunches
15 bicycle crunches
15 leg drops
Move from one exercise to the next without rest. On completion of the circuit, rest about 30 seconds and repeat the circuit one to two more times for a complete ab workout in less than five minutes!
